National Healthcare Group is currently seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient DSRB Assistant Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis. We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide essential administrative and technical support to the Domain Specific Review Board operations. In this pivotal role, you will assist in ensuring the integrity and compliance of medical research protocols, acting as a key liaison between researchers and the ethics review committee. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the technical evaluation and processing of research applications submitted to the DSRB.
- Maintain and update the DSRB database with study information, participant data, and compliance records.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, circulate agendas, and take detailed minutes for review board meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, including ethics approvals, amendments, and non-approvals.
- Conduct preliminary compliance checks against institutional policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Support the DSRB Secretariat with ad-hoc administrative tasks and documentation management.
- Ensure all research protocols adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Bioethics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of medical research ethics, regulatory compliance, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in an administrative or research support role within the healthcare sector is highly preferred.
