As our DW Accounting Specialist, you'll be responsible for the accurate recording and management of all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and hotel policies. You'll handle petty cash operations, monitor daily financial activities, and assist in preparing monthly financial reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately input and maintain all financial transactions in the hotel's accounting system
- Manage petty cash operations, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation
- Monitor and summarize hotel's income and expenditure streams on a daily basis
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies
- Coordinate with other departments to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies
- Support the finance team in budget preparation and financial analysis
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial management
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hotel accounting practices is an advantage
