Tanggung Jawab
- Review and draft engineering contracts to ensure compliance with local regulations and project specifications
- Coordinate between contractors, clients, and engineering teams to align contractual obligations
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables against contractual milestones
- Manage contract variations, amendments, and dispute resolution processes
- Prepare detailed progress reports and compliance documentation
- Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to contractual standards
- Maintain organized contract archives and digital documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract engineering or construction management
- Proficiency in Indonesian construction laws and procurement regulations
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with cross-cultural awareness
- Advanced proficiency in contract management software (e.g., Procore, Aconex)
- Certification in contract management or project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
