Tanggung Jawab
- Execute visually appealing and effective product displays in various retail outlets according to company planograms and standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and rotation to prevent out-of-stock situations or overstocking.
- Regularly visit assigned stores to check product placement, pricing, and promotional material accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with store managers and staff to secure prime display locations and foster brand advocacy.
- Identify and report on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to sales and marketing teams.
- Implement promotional campaigns and special offers, ensuring all point-of-sale (POS) materials are correctly displayed.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by maximizing product visibility and driving consumer engagement at the retail level.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Merchandiser, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles, stock management, and sales promotion techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple store visits efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own reliable transportation is essential for frequent travel to assigned retail locations.
