- Host dynamic and engaging live streaming sessions to showcase JL Affluent's real estate properties and new developments.
- Proactively interact with live viewers, answering questions, addressing comments, and fostering a vibrant online community in real-time.
- Stay abreast of social media trends, evolving livestream technologies, and competitor strategies to continually enhance our digital presence.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to plan, script, and promote upcoming live events and property launches.
- Present property features, benefits, and market insights in a compelling, informative, and persuasive manner.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and approachable on-camera persona that authentically represents the JL Affluent brand.
- Contribute to content strategy by identifying popular topics, formats, and interactive elements for future live sessions.
- Assist in the post-production review of live streams for repurposing content and identifying areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in live hosting, public speaking, presenting, or digital content creation, particularly with live video.
- Exceptional verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to captivate and engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrable understanding of popular social media platforms (e.g., Facebook Live, Instagram Live, YouTube) and current livestreaming trends and best practices.
- Ability to think quickly, improvise effectively, and maintain composure in a live, dynamic environment.
- A charismatic, confident, and professional on-camera presence that is approachable and inspiring.
- Familiarity with or a strong interest in the real estate and property market, especially within the Malaysian context.
- Basic technical understanding of streaming equipment, lighting, and audio setup is a plus.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as required by live event schedules.
