Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and assist customers, creating a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products effectively.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain an attractive and tidy store environment, ensuring products are well-displayed and shelves are stocked.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, organizing backroom, and conducting stock counts.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Stay informed about product features, benefits, and promotions to provide expert advice to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a retail sales or customer service role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and retail peak periods.
- A genuine passion for engaging with people and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Minimum of secondary education or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required in a retail environment.
