Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers warmly and assisting them with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently and accurately to process cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and merchandised according to company standards.
- Handle product returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively promote new products, special offers, and Guardian loyalty programs to customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving new stock, conducting stock takes, and preventing loss.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a positive working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/O-Level qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a retail sales or cashiering role is an advantage, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts as required by retail operations.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
