Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients within the food service sector (restaurants, cafes, hotels, etc.) in Jakarta and Tangerang.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential buyers, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points of our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure high customer satisfaction during the sales process.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Report sales performance weekly and collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or the food service industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Valid SIM A driver’s license is mandatory for client visits.
- Willing to work in the field (Jakarta & Tangerang area) and travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Business or Marketing.
