Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and requirements to design tailored Dynamics 365 solutions
- Lead full-cycle implementation of D365 modules (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc.)
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and gather functional requirements
- Configure and customize D365 to meet specific business needs
- Develop test plans, execute UAT, and ensure solution quality
- Provide user training and ongoing post-implementation support
- Document solution architecture and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
- Expertise in D365 implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps)
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and client communication
- Experience with D365 migration and data migration strategies
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-900, MB-210, MB-320)
- Proficiency in SQL and basic .NET development
