In this pivotal role, you will be the central hub of our online sales operations, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of orders across various marketplaces. Your expertise will ensure that every customer interaction is seamless, from the initial inquiry and order placement to payment processing, inventory management, and final delivery.
You will play a key role in maintaining our brand reputation by handling customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, while also generating comprehensive sales reports to help us strategize for growth. Furthermore, you will lead our live selling initiatives, engaging with customers in real-time to drive traffic and conversions. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize daily operations on major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada).
- Process incoming orders accurately and coordinate with the logistics team for timely shipping.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking, and manage product listings.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional after-sales service.
- Execute live selling sessions to showcase products and interact with potential buyers.
- Analyze sales data and generate weekly or monthly performance reports.
- Assist in promotional campaigns and market research to identify new business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or administrative support.
- Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.) and live selling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data management.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends for live selling events.
