- Manage daily online store operations including product catalog updates, pricing adjustments, and promotional campaigns
- Process and fulfill customer orders with precision, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt inquiry resolution, complaint handling, and post-purchase follow-ups
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment, and prevent stockouts
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion rates
- Maintain data accuracy across e-commerce platforms while ensuring compliance with company policies

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce administration or online retail operations
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) and inventory management systems
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Detail-oriented approach to data management and order processing
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and SEO best practices
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
