Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for driving online growth? PT. Karya Nyata Alasindo (VIVI NICI) is looking for a highly motivated E-Commerce & Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bogor. In this role, you will be the engine behind our digital storefronts, orchestrating performance-driven advertising campaigns and optimizing our e-commerce presence to ensure maximum visibility and conversion.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and marketplace internal tools. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management—from initial strategy and creative deployment to deep-dive analytics and performance reporting. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning data insights into actionable marketing strategies, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, execute, and manage multi-platform advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee/Tokopedia Ads).
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics daily to optimize ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing ad assets and copy.
  • Monitor and evaluate e-commerce store traffic, sales trends, and customer behavior.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to improve user experience.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes on major platforms.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce management and paid media advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Proven track record in managing performance marketing budgets and delivering positive ROI.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian e-commerce landscape and consumer behavior.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
