The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, comfortable navigating various e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop), and possesses a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for managing inventory updates, coordinating order fulfillment, and assisting in the implementation of promotional campaigns that drive conversion and customer loyalty.

Tanggung Jawab
- Upload, update, and manage product listings across multiple e-commerce channels to ensure 100% accuracy in descriptions, prices, and images.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability for online orders.
- Process and monitor order fulfillment, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery discrepancies promptly.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback via chat and email with a focus on high satisfaction and resolution rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns.
- Analyze daily sales reports to identify trends, popular products, and areas for improvement in online store performance.
- Maintain high store ratings by ensuring consistent compliance with platform policies and performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is highly preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino, both verbal and written.
- High level of detail-orientation and ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- A proactive learner who stays updated with current e-commerce trends and platform algorithm changes.
