Tanggung Jawab
- Conceptualize and produce creative, high-conversion short-form video content tailored for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Execute end-to-end video production, including pre-production planning, filming, and professional post-production editing.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, social media aesthetics, and emerging video formats to maintain brand relevance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with seasonal campaigns and product launch cycles.
- Edit high-quality product showcases, tutorials, and promotional clips that highlight key smartphone features.
- Manage the end-to-end post-production workflow, including color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
- Optimize video performance by analyzing metrics and adjusting creative elements to boost engagement and conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or Content Creator, preferably within the consumer electronics or e-commerce industry.
- Expert-level proficiency in professional editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and mobile-first tools like CapCut.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in lighting, camera operation, and narrative-driven storytelling.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising on aesthetic quality.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts algorithms.
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communication, Marketing, or a related creative field.
