In this vital night-shift role, you will be the primary point of contact for our international and local clients, ensuring seamless e-commerce operations and exceptional service delivery during off-peak hours.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during night shift hours with speed and professionalism.
  • Manage end-to-end order processing, tracking, and dispute resolution for e-commerce transactions.
  • Monitor platform performance and escalate technical issues to the relevant departments immediately.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline support workflows.
  • Provide updates to clients regarding order status, returns, and inventory availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce, Customer Service, or Call Center operations.
  • Willingness and ability to work a permanent night shift schedule.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, or internal ERP systems).
  • Strong command of written and spoken Indonesian and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong computer literacy and typing speed.
  • Educational background in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
