Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during night shift hours with speed and professionalism.
- Manage end-to-end order processing, tracking, and dispute resolution for e-commerce transactions.
- Monitor platform performance and escalate technical issues to the relevant departments immediately.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline support workflows.
- Provide updates to clients regarding order status, returns, and inventory availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce, Customer Service, or Call Center operations.
- Willingness and ability to work a permanent night shift schedule.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, or internal ERP systems).
- Strong command of written and spoken Indonesian and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed.
- Educational background in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
