VA Masters is looking for a detail‑oriented E‑commerce Data Entry VA to support our growing online retail operations. In this role you will be the backbone of our product data management, ensuring that our digital storefronts stay accurate, up‑to‑date, and ready to convert visitors into customers.
You will work closely with our merchandising and marketing teams to input, verify, and update product information across multiple platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and Lazada. Your responsibilities include maintaining inventory spreadsheets, processing orders, and performing regular quality checks to catch discrepancies before they impact sales. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and has a genuine passion for e‑commerce excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Enter and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Lazada).
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, tracking stock levels and restocking alerts.
- Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring correct details and timely shipment updates.
- Perform routine data audits to identify and resolve inconsistencies or duplicate entries.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to upload promotional content and product bundles.
- Generate weekly reports on product performance, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment metrics.
- Respond to basic data‑related queries from internal stakeholders, providing quick and accurate resolutions.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably in an e‑commerce or retail setting.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with popular e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Lazada, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and maintain high data accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
