Magic Garden Cafe is expanding its portfolio into the luxury villa sector and is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented E-Commerce Executive to lead our online presence and revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity for a hospitality professional to transition into a high-impact role managing premium villa properties in the heart of Bali.
As an E-Commerce Executive, you will be the primary architect of our digital storefronts. You will be responsible for maximizing occupancy and revenue through strategic management of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), direct booking engines, and digital marketing channels. We are looking for someone who understands the nuances of the Bali villa market, from seasonal pricing trends to the importance of high-quality visual storytelling.
You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that the online promise matches the on-site reality, maintaining a gold standard in guest satisfaction and brand reputation. If you are data-driven, possess a keen eye for detail, and have a passion for the evolving landscape of travel technology, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize property listings across all major OTAs including Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia.
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies and inventory management to maximize RevPAR and occupancy rates.
- Coordinate with the content team to ensure high-quality photos, descriptions, and amenities are updated and SEO-optimized.
- Monitor and respond to guest reviews and inquiries across various platforms to maintain high rating scores.
- Utilize Channel Manager tools (e.g., SiteMinder, Little Hotelier) to synchronize availability and prevent overbookings.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, analyzing booking trends and market competitors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute social media campaigns and newsletter promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years experience in E-commerce or Reservation management within the Bali hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of OTA extranets and global distribution systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using Channel Management software and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and revenue growth.
- Must be based in Bali or willing to relocate.
