Tanggung Jawab

- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy across all sales channels to prevent stockouts and overstocks
- Optimize digital advertising campaigns (SEO, SEM, social ads) to maximize ROI and conversion rates
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights for sales improvement
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment and inventory replenishment
- Support development of seasonal promotions and discount strategies to boost marketplace visibility
- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve order fulfillment issues and enhance satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- 1+ years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience (internships included)
- Proficiency in Indonesian marketplace platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data interpretation and reporting
