Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as live host, presenter, or in customer-facing digital roles
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with charismatic on-camera presence
- Proficiency with live streaming platforms (Instagram Live, TikTok Live, etc.)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce sales principles and digital marketing
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to live audience interactions
- Passion for sports, fitness, and Li-Ning product ecosystem
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Flexible availability for evening/weekend live broadcasts
