Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Analyze buying patterns and market trends to identify new growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Manage end-to-end marketplace store operations, including product listings, stock management, and customer service standards.
- Implement data-driven pricing strategies to optimize margins while maintaining market competitiveness.
- Prepare and present detailed weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, ROAS, and actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to adjust store positioning accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in E-Commerce management within the Indonesian market.
- In-depth knowledge of local marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to interpret market trends and consumer data to drive sales performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
