RUI LANG TECHNOLOGY is seeking a dynamic and strategic E-Commerce Manager to join our growing team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the engine behind our online sales performance, responsible for optimizing our presence across major Indonesian marketplaces, analyzing consumer behavior, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our pricing strategies, enhancing product visibility, and turning market trends into actionable growth campaigns. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Analyze buying patterns and market trends to identify new growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Manage end-to-end marketplace store operations, including product listings, stock management, and customer service standards.
  • Implement data-driven pricing strategies to optimize margins while maintaining market competitiveness.
  • Prepare and present detailed weekly performance reports, highlighting key metrics, ROAS, and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to adjust store positioning accordingly.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in E-Commerce management within the Indonesian market.
  • In-depth knowledge of local marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to interpret market trends and consumer data to drive sales performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
