Are you a seasoned E-Commerce professional with a passion for driving online growth and optimizing digital ecosystems? We are looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Manager to join our team in North Jakarta. In this role, you will be the architect of our digital storefront, responsible for scaling our operations across major marketplaces and owned channels.
As our E-Commerce Manager, you will lead the end-to-end digital strategy, balancing high-level P&L management with hands-on tactical execution. We need a data-driven leader who understands the nuances of the Indonesian market, thrives on consumer insights, and knows how to turn traffic into loyal customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Manage end-to-end marketplace operations (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.), including product listing optimization and campaign participation.
- Oversee the digital marketing budget, optimizing spend across social media, SEM, and affiliate channels to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and manage P&L performance, analyzing sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless fulfillment and inventory management.
- Lead customer experience initiatives to enhance ratings, reduce response times, and drive customer retention.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and adapt pricing/promotion strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Deep understanding of major Indonesian marketplaces and platform algorithms.
- Proven expertise in managing digital ad budgets (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Marketplace Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on P&L management and operational efficiency.
