Are you a seasoned E-Commerce professional with a passion for driving digital growth in the FMCG sector? PT. YIHAI INDONESIA FOOD is looking for a dynamic and strategic E-Commerce Manager to lead our online business presence. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our digital sales strategies, overseeing the daily operations of our official stores across Indonesia’s top e-commerce platforms.

We are looking for a data-driven leader who understands the nuances of the Indonesian market and can translate consumer insights into high-impact campaigns. You will work cross-functionally to optimize store performance, manage inventory flows, and enhance the overall online customer experience to ensure we meet and exceed our revenue targets.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive revenue and market share on major Indonesian marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Oversee end-to-end daily operations, including product listings, promotional campaign planning, and store display optimization.
  • Analyze daily sales performance, traffic metrics, and conversion rates to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure seamless inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Manage trade marketing activities and maximize visibility through platform-specific advertising tools and store features.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account managers at major e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, specifically within the FMCG or food industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian e-commerce ecosystem and platform-specific back-end operations (Seller Centers).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume promotional campaigns and achieving sales KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and target-oriented environment.
