Galenium Pharmasia Laboratories is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Officer to join our growing digital team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our online sales ecosystem, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless shopping experience via G-Store.id and our various marketplace channels.
As our E-Commerce Officer, you will bridge the gap between our high-quality health products and our digital consumers. You will manage end-to-end order processing, coordinate with logistics partners, and optimize product visibility to ensure sales targets are met. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily order fulfillment processes via G-Store.id and major Indonesian marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent overselling.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure prompt and accurate shipping of customer orders.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaint resolution professionally to maintain high store ratings.
- Perform regular shop maintenance including product listing updates, price adjustments, and promotional banners.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide regular reports to the digital marketing team to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute online marketing campaigns and product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in E-Commerce operations, preferably in the health, beauty, or consumer goods industry.
- Deep understanding of marketplace dashboard operations (Seller Center for Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital payment gateways and logistics/courier management systems.
