- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth online shopping experience
- Monitor and update product listings, descriptions, and images
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional content
- Monitor website performance and resolve technical issues promptly
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent written communication skills for product descriptions and content creation
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing strategies
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for website customization
- Passion for motorcycles and automotive products is a plus
