- Process and fulfill online orders from Lazada and Shopee platforms
- Prepare and package shipments for timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment tracking

- Resolve customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or college degree in Business/Marketing preferred
- 1-2 years experience in e-commerce operations or retail
- Proficiency in Lazada and Shopee seller platforms
