Kareila Management Corporation is seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Operations Manager to spearhead our digital fulfillment strategy. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end order fulfillment operation across our proprietary website, mobile app, major online marketplaces, and third-party online aggregators. We are looking for a leader who can optimize our supply chain, reduce operational costs, and enhance the overall customer experience in the digital space. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and logistics partners, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and delivered efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end order fulfillment process across the website, mobile app, online marketplaces, and aggregators to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Oversee inventory management systems to maintain stock accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order processing time, shipping costs, and return rates to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with logistics providers and internal cross-functional teams to streamline shipping and delivery workflows.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce fulfillment errors and enhance the overall customer satisfaction score.
- Manage customer escalations and inquiries related to order status, ensuring timely and professional resolutions.
- Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies to recommend continuous improvements to the operations framework.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations, Logistics Management, or Retail Operations.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel order fulfillment, including web stores and third-party marketplaces.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve processes.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, inventory management software, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on detail and process optimization.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
