We are seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Operations Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our online sales channels, managing daily operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline our supply chain and fulfillment processes.
This position requires a proactive individual who can analyze market trends, manage product listings, and ensure compliance with platform policies. You will also assist in generating sales reports and identifying areas for operational improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations across major e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.) ensuring accuracy in product listings and pricing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone, resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order processing and accurate delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels closely to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Analyze sales performance data and generate reports to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive traffic and conversions.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and marketplace regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (Native or Business Proficiency) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Business, Marketing, or E-Commerce.
- Strong command of English and Indonesian languages.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce operations or Customer Service roles.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
