In this pivotal role, you will act as the orchestrator of our digital storefront, leading a cross-functional team to optimize business performance through a blend of data-driven insights, compelling content strategies, and operational precision.
You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring that our affiliate programs, operational workflows, and marketing initiatives are perfectly aligned to maximize ROI. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee cross-functional project teams to ensure the timely execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- Analyze daily sales performance, traffic trends, and conversion metrics to drive actionable business decisions.
- Develop and implement operational excellence strategies to streamline order fulfillment and customer experience.
- Manage end-to-end affiliate marketing programs, including partner outreach, performance tracking, and relationship maintenance.
- Coordinate with content teams to ensure all product listings and promotional materials are optimized for SEO and conversion.
- Monitor competitive landscapes and implement proactive adjustments to pricing and campaign strategies.
- Provide regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital project management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or internal e-commerce dashboards).
- Proven experience in managing affiliate networks and digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-departmental workflows.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
