Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.) to ensure smooth functionality and uptime.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, platform traffic, and conversion rates to identify growth opportunities.
- Execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and mega campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
- Maintain accurate and compelling product listings, pricing updates, and inventory levels across all channels.
- Optimize product pages for search visibility (SEO) and enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to resolve escalated shopper inquiries and fulfillment issues.
- Generate regular reports on e-commerce KPIs and present actionable insights to management.
- Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities in the beauty sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in e-commerce operations, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sector.
- Deep understanding of major Indonesian e-commerce platforms and their backend operational systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel for data tracking and reporting.
