Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations for e-commerce platforms including product listings and inventory updates.
- Identify and initiate outreach to potential business partners and influencers to grow brand visibility.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and generate weekly status reports.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Streamline administrative processes to improve team productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, E-commerce Specialist, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, Slack, Trello, and other collaboration tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building professional relationships.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setup.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
