This is an excellent contract opportunity open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn the ins and outs of online retail and product management.
As a Product Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our product catalogs are accurate, competitive, and visually appealing across major e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate the entire lifecycle of a product listing, from data entry and image coordination to pricing updates and inventory monitoring.

Tanggung Jawab
- Upload, manage, and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada).
- Ensure product information, pricing, images, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with the creative team for product photo shoots and image editing requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to recommend pricing and positioning strategies.
- Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns, vouchers, and flash sales.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and product feedback related to listings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Open to fresh graduates and early career professionals with 0-6 months of experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookup is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of the Philippine e-commerce landscape (Shopee, Lazada) is an advantage.
- Willing to work on a 3-month contract basis in Antipolo City.
