Virtual Coworker is seeking a highly organized E-commerce & Product Data Coordinator to support a prestigious luxury lighting brand based in Manila. Our client specializes in providing curated designer solutions for indoor, outdoor, and architectural spaces, featuring premium collections. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of their digital storefront, ensuring that every product listing is accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines to drive traffic and sales.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end product data entry process, including uploading high-resolution images, specifications, and detailed descriptions to the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure all product listings are SEO-optimized with relevant keywords, meta tags, and descriptions to improve search visibility.
- Maintain and update the master inventory database to reflect real-time stock levels and prevent overselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product imagery and copy align with the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
- Regularly audit product catalogs to identify and rectify errors in pricing, SKU codes, or technical specifications.
- Monitor e-commerce performance metrics to identify trends and suggest improvements for data management processes.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in e-commerce data coordination, product management, or digital retail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and data management software.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with global teams.
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies in data quickly.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce).
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a remote part-time setting.
