- Manage and optimize online sales channels to maximize revenue and customer engagement
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and customer service teams to ensure seamless online shopping experience
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback across digital platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in e-commerce
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, KPIs, and recommendations for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online sales funnels, and digital marketing channels
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools
