As our E-Commerce Specialist, you will manage end-to-end marketplace operations, analyze sales trends, and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily operations across various e-commerce marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Monitor product listings, inventory levels, and pricing strategies to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Analyze sales reports and digital traffic data to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and high-quality customer service standards.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and shop traffic.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally to maintain positive seller ratings.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, platform algorithm changes, and market competition.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in using e-commerce seller center dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (fluency in Mandarin is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
