We are seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce Specialist to drive our online presence and optimize product visibility across major marketplaces. In this role, you will be the bridge between our Brand team and the digital consumer, ensuring that our products are presented with precision, appeal, and accuracy.

You will be responsible for end-to-end management of our e-commerce product listings, from content creation to performance monitoring. If you are passionate about consumer goods, have a sharp eye for detail, and understand the nuances of the Indonesian e-commerce landscape, we invite you to help us elevate our digital storefronts to the next level.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Collaborate with the Brand team to curate and update high-quality product descriptions, images, and creative assets.
  • Manage end-to-end product listings across multiple marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Develop and implement standardized content guidelines to maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for conversion optimization.
  • Coordinate with internal supply chain and marketing teams to ensure stock accuracy and successful promotion execution.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends and refine our digital shelf strategy.
  • Resolve platform-specific issues and ensure seamless customer experience throughout the purchasing funnel.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in E-Commerce management, particularly within the FMCG sector.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian marketplace algorithms, SEO principles for e-commerce, and digital content management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong copywriting skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, and familiar with e-commerce back-end tools/seller centers.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and capable of working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
