Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations for various e-commerce marketplaces and brand websites.
- Upload and optimize product listings, including high-quality images and persuasive descriptions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and discount strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent out-of-stock situations and manage product replenishment.
- Analyze sales performance and traffic data to generate actionable insights and reports.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards by responding to inquiries and resolving order issues.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements for sales growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and marketplace algorithms.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
