As our E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing OTA (Online Travel Agent) performance, maintaining website accuracy, and executing digital marketing strategies that increase direct bookings and revenue. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update room inventory, rates, and content across all OTA channels (Expedia, Agoda, Booking.com, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize revenue.
- Collaborate with the Revenue and Marketing teams to launch promotional campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
- Ensure the official hotel website and booking engine are user-friendly, up-to-date, and SEO-optimized.
- Handle digital guest inquiries and feedback with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase direct online bookings and reduce dependency on third-party channels.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on digital trends and competitor activities in the hospitality sector.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an e-commerce, digital marketing, or revenue management role within the hospitality industry.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) is mandatory to engage with our international guest base.
- Possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in using hotel reservation systems or channel managers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and manage multiple digital platforms effectively.
- Strong understanding of digital customer journey and online consumer behavior.
