In this role, you will take full ownership of our marketplace operations, acting as the bridge between our brand and our online customers. You will manage the entire lifecycle of our product listings, oversee customer interactions, and implement strategies to boost our visibility and sales performance across various digital platforms. Your primary focus will be ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers while maximizing conversion rates and brand loyalty. You will be responsible for maintaining our marketplace presence, responding to customer inquiries with professionalism, and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement. We are looking for a proactive individual who can translate market trends into actionable business strategies and contribute significantly to our e-commerce growth.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end management of our marketplace presence, including Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada.
- Manage product lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate and attractive product listings, descriptions, and SKUs.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring high-quality customer service and timely resolutions.
- Manage customer reviews and ratings to build trust and improve product reputation.
- Develop and execute pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and discounting logic to optimize sales.
- Manage and grow the affiliate marketing program, recruiting partners and tracking performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data, traffic trends, and competitor activities to recommend inventory and marketing improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO principles, and online retail trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce management tools (e.g., Haraf, Flashcart, or similar CMS).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in managing affiliate networks or influencer marketing is a strong advantage.
