In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our digital storefronts, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers. You will leverage data-driven strategies to optimize product listings, enhance search engine visibility, and execute targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and optimize product listings across major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) to ensure accuracy, quality, and visual appeal.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and SEO optimization to improve product visibility and search rankings.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies, including flash sales and discount campaigns, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including persuasive product descriptions, banners, and social media posts.
  • Monitor customer feedback and manage online inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate stock availability.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, algorithm updates, and e-commerce platform functionalities.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance metrics and generate reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) or experience with creating digital marketing assets is a plus.
