Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize product listings across major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) to ensure accuracy, quality, and visual appeal.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and SEO optimization to improve product visibility and search rankings.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies, including flash sales and discount campaigns, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including persuasive product descriptions, banners, and social media posts.
- Monitor customer feedback and manage online inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate stock availability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, algorithm updates, and e-commerce platform functionalities.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance metrics and generate reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) or experience with creating digital marketing assets is a plus.
