Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of official online store accounts across major marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.).
- Upload, update, and optimize product listings including high-quality descriptions, images, and pricing to maximize conversion rates.
- Execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal events in coordination with marketplace platforms.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock accuracy.
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to identify trends and recommend actionable improvements.
- Manage customer inquiries and feedback to maintain high shop ratings and positive brand sentiment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing assets with product launch schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace operations.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Blibli, etc.) and their backend management systems (Seller Centre).
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Passion for consumer electronics and global technology brands.
