You'll own end-to-end web operations, from product merchandising strategy to campaign execution, ensuring seamless customer journeys across all touchpoints. Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to launch new products, optimize conversion rates, and drive measurable sales growth. Analyze consumer behavior data to implement data-driven improvements in UX, checkout processes, and promotional tactics.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance creative merchandising with technical optimization. You'll manage promotional calendars, monitor key performance indicators like CTR and AOV, and implement SEO best practices to increase organic visibility. - Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and conversion
- Manage product catalog maintenance, pricing strategies, and inventory allocation across digital platforms
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless product launches and promotional campaign execution
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities and growth levers
- Implement SEO/SEM tactics to improve organic search rankings and paid campaign performance
- Monitor and report on KPIs including conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost
- Optimize user experience through A/B testing, checkout process improvements, and mobile responsiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and conversion rate optimization techniques
- Excellent project management skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience in A/B testing, customer journey mapping, and digital campaign management
