You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective e-commerce strategies, manage product listings, and analyze market trends to ensure our brand maintains a competitive edge. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Manage end-to-end product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and visual assets on various platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance metrics to drive data-backed improvements.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to launch promotional campaigns and seasonal sales events.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and collaborate with logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our online channels.
  • Provide regular reports on KPIs and suggest actionable insights for business growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in E-commerce management or digital retail.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and content management systems.
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a remote/hybrid environment.
