Euromedica Group, a premier leader in the beauty and aesthetics industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing digital team in Jakarta Pusat. As the beauty landscape continues to shift towards digital-first consumer experiences, this role is pivotal in maintaining our competitive edge across major Indonesian marketplaces.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our online storefronts. You won't just be managing listings; you will be the architect of our digital customer journey, ensuring that our premium aesthetics brands are represented with excellence. From strategic planning of monthly promotional calendars to the meticulous monitoring of inventory levels, your work will directly impact our revenue growth and brand reputation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily operations across all e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Plan, develop, and execute monthly promotional calendars in alignment with brand marketing strategies and seasonal trends.
- Monitor inventory levels continuously and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability and timely fulfillment.
- Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, and keywords) to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to provide actionable insights and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all digital assets meet platform requirements and brand standards.
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies within the beauty and aesthetics category.
- Maintain high store ratings by ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an E-Commerce Specialist, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry.
- Expert knowledge of marketplace CMS tools (Seller Center) for Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization.
- Experience in managing digital marketing budgets and marketplace advertising (Ads/CPAS).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
