Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies across multiple marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada)
- Optimize product listings, SEO/SEM campaigns, and conversion funnels to maximize ROI
- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists, setting KPIs and performance metrics
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams for integrated campaign execution
- Manage marketplace partnerships, vendor relationships, and promotional calendar
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve user experience and conversion rates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of e-commerce experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in managing major Indonesian marketplaces (Tokopedia/Shopee)
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and e-commerce platforms
- Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience in team management, budgeting, and P&L responsibility
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with exceptional communication skills
