Orro Home is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Staff to join our growing team in Quezon City. In this role, you will be the face of our brand across major digital marketplaces, ensuring our products reach a wider audience and that our customer experience is seamless.
As an E-commerce Staff, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our online presence. You will create compelling product listings, optimize images and descriptions for search visibility, and manage daily operations on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving sales and maintaining our brand reputation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images to improve search ranking and conversion rates.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, respond to messages promptly, and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and print shipping labels, track packages, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Analyze sales performance data and implement strategies to improve monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and run promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in E-commerce, Online Store Management, or Retail Operations.
- Familiarity with managing stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus for data tracking).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to learn new tools and platform updates.
