Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms, including product uploading, categorization, and inventory monitoring.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and maximize brand visibility.
- Analyze sales performance reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights for growth.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by managing product inquiries and feedback efficiently.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to streamline order fulfillment and delivery processes.
- Maintain product page aesthetics to align with Miniso’s global brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and marketplace features.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop).
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data and reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within the retail industry.
