Sinshe Tekno Indonesia is currently seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented E-Commerce Supervisor to join our growing team in Cengkareng. As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for a leader who is not only passionate about online retail but is also committed to building robust operational and financial systems that support long-term business scalability.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our e-commerce operations. You will oversee daily store performance, optimize product visibility across various marketplaces, and ensure that our financial workflows are seamless and efficient. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end e-commerce store operations across multiple platforms (Marketplaces, Website, Social Commerce).
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability.
- Manage and reconcile daily financial reports, ensuring all transactions are tracked accurately to support healthy cash flow.
- Analyze sales data and consumer trends to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Lead and mentor the operations team to maintain high service standards and timely order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional campaigns and maximize seasonal sales events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce supervision or operations management.
- Strong understanding of marketplace ecosystem (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.).
- Proven analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for financial reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure, solve operational bottlenecks, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
