Tanggung Jawab
- Provide responsive customer support via email, chat, and phone for e-commerce inquiries
- Assist in managing online orders, bookings, and payment processing
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback across digital platforms
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize product listings and promotions
- Track inventory and coordinate with suppliers for seamless fulfillment
- Assist in maintaining and updating website content and product information
- Generate reports on customer interactions and operational metrics
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
