We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced E-commerce Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our international clients. This is a part-time, work-from-home position perfectly suited for individuals located in or around Iligan City.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations of dynamic online stores. Your key focus will be on optimizing product listings on major platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopee, and Lazada, ensuring accurate order processing and fulfillment, and delivering exceptional customer support across multiple channels. You will also manage inventory, handle data entry, conduct market research, and implement SEO strategies to maximize visibility and sales.

Tanggung Jawab
- Product Listings Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing on Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopee, and Lazada to drive conversions.
- Order Processing & Fulfillment: Accurately process incoming orders, coordinate with logistics partners, manage shipping labels, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Customer Support Excellence: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via email, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels, perform regular counts and reconciliations, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain detailed sales reports, update CRM records, and organize operational documents using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Market & Competitor Research: Conduct research on competitor strategies, market trends, and pricing to provide actionable insights for the team.
- Returns, Refunds & Disputes: Manage the full returns process, issue refunds or exchanges, and resolve customer disputes following company policies.
- SEO & Listing Enhancement: Implement keyword research and SEO best practices to improve product page visibility and organic ranking.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an E-commerce Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Proven experience managing online stores on Shopify and WooCommerce (backend and frontend).
- Extensive hands-on experience with Shopee and Lazada Seller Center tools and features.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail) and Microsoft Excel for data management.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 15 Mbps) and a dedicated quiet workspace in or near Iligan City.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
