Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily warehouse operations specifically for e-commerce order fulfillment
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of online orders
- Manage inventory counts and maintain real-time stock accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery scheduling
- Optimize warehouse workflows for maximum efficiency and speed
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality control standards
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking
- Collaborate with customer service teams for order resolution
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training preferred)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced e-commerce environments
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Physical capability to handle products up to 20kg
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons
